      Upgrading to 4.2.0.0 does not activate Predefined Destinations from Distribution.

      During the upgrade, all converted email distribution settings are migrated to Predefined Destinations.

      They are supposed to be active if the Customer/Vendor User Distribution Setting is set to Yes. This did not happen, causing Predefined Destinations to not be triggered as expected.
