To review the archived PDF, Document, or XML file sent to the Lasernet server, follow these steps:
Click the Preview button.
Select XML, Document or PDF.
To resend a report, click the Resend button. Remember that the report is not regenerated. An XML file with destination parameters and a path to the archived PDF or Document file will be created and sent to the Lasernet server. When the resend process is complete, a journal is created to store information with resent parameters, and a checkbox in the Resend column is selected for such a record.
Cloud Print Connector Communication
Cloud Print Connector includes an option to get the Print job status back when printing a document. This ensures that all documents are successfully printed when running a document print test remotely.
Azure Storage Queue is used for communication between the Cloud Print Connector and the Lasernet FO Connector. A batch task retrieves messages from the Azure Storage Queue.
Information about a Print job is located in the Lasernet archive, and the Print job status can be easily retrieved. The Print job status is applicable when dealing with functionalities such as Original printing, resending with Force rerun, and resending a PDF file from the Lasernet Archive (resending without Force rerun).

Resend a Report to a Predefined Destination
Note
Re-sending a report to a predefined destination is only possible if you have enabled the option within the Parameters section of the report.
If you do not have enough information on how a customer or a vendor wants to receive the document and in what format, Lasernet looks through the distribution rules and tries to find out if there is a match. If no match is found, Lasernet uses the default destination as a fallback destination.
To resend a report to a predefined destination, follow these steps:
On the Reports page, click Journal on the top Menu bar to navigate to the Lasernet Log page.
On the Lasernet Log page, select the report you want to resend.
On the top menu of the page, click Resend.
On the Print destination settings pane that opens, click Lasernet Predefined.
Click on the Fallback destination drop-down combo box, and select a fallback option, for instance: Print if Lasernet cannot find any matching predefined destination.
Click OK.
