Version 7 License Code Error

When upgrading from Lasernet FO Connector 6 to 7, users may encounter the following error:

The version (7) does not match that of the license(6)

If you have a valid Lasernet FO Connector 6 license, you do not need to purchase a new license. To resolve the error, your license code will need to be re-generated.

Contact our license team at license.lasernet@formpipe.com and provide the following information (in clear text):

• License holder

• Serial number

Note

License holder and Serial number values can be found on the About page of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

When a new license is created and applied, the error will not occur anymore.
