To access the Azure User mapping page, navigate to Lasernet > Setup > Cloud print connector setup > User setup.

This page provides an overview of the users. If you need to change the Azure connection, you can revoke the policy by clicking the Revoke button on the Menu bar at the top of the page. You can also control which users may share available printers.
You can only see your own user mapping records. If you are granted the Lasernet printers manager role, the Edit all checkbox becomes available. After checking this box, you can edit all users.

The Revoke button revokes the Azure permissions for the selected record, which makes the connection strings in the previously downloaded CPC configuration useless. Do not select Revoke twice consecutively. This will result in the queue getting deleted in Azure.
The Reinstate button re-applies the Azure permissions.
The Delete button attempts to delete the queues/blobs in Azure associated with the selected record. It is followed by a local delete (when Azure delete is successful), or it simply marks the record as deleted (when Azure delete is unsuccessful).
The Delete locally button deletes the record in the current environment, without impacting anything in Azure or any other Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environment.
Printer Links Between Environments
Printer links between environments is a feature that enables the linking of different Lasernet Cloud Print Connector configurations across different Finance and Operations environments. This feature enhances the flexibility and continuity of operations across various environments.
This feature enables you to import settings that reference the Cloud Print Connector configuration from one environment and continue using the corresponding printer in another environment. For instance, you can export a report with a Predefined Destination to a Cloud printer from a Production environment and import it into a new environment with its own Cloud Printer Connector configuration, such as UAT. The printer link will enable you to continue using the same settings. Settings that utilize the Cloud printer configurations include but are not limited to:
Reports with Predefined Destinations to Cloud printers
Print Buttons with Cloud Printer Destinations
Example
Scenario: You have two environments, PROD and UAT. Lasernet Cloud Print Connector is set up in both environments. Each environment has its own Lasernet Cloud Print Connector configuration, visible in Lasernet > Setup > Cloud print connector setup > User setup.

You have a report in PROD with Predefined Destinations configured. One of these destinations is mapped to a Cloud printer and, therefore, references the Identifier for the Lasernet Cloud Print Connector configuration from PROD.

Export the report from PROD and import it into UAT. Attempt to print the report to Predefined Destinations in UAT. The destination will fail because the Identifier for this Cloud printer does not exist in UAT.

However, UAT has its own Cloud printers that can be used after setting up Printer links between environments. Follow these steps:
Navigate to Lasernet > Setup > Administration > Environments and add an Environment for PROD and one for UAT with the related URLs.

Navigate to Lasernet > Setup > Cloud print connector setup > User setup > Printer links between environments. Click Load to automatically load Environment and Identifier information for the current environment. Alternatively, manually create the record.

Create another record for the PROD environment. Select PROD from the Environment id dropdown. Select the Identifier from the dropdown if it is available. Otherwise, paste in the Azure Connector Id from PROD in the Identifier field.

Type in the same value for Printer Link ID column for both records. This will link them.

Reprint the report to the Lasernet Predefined destination.

Check the XML for the report. Note that it was printed using the UAT Cloud printing resources. The report was sent to the UAT Cloud printer with the same name as the PROD Cloud printer.
