The Lasernet Cloud Print user role makes it possible to control the user's access to update and download Cloud printers. It can be set on the Users page (System administration > Users > Users).
Open a user record to edit it.
Click Assign roles.
Define the required settings on the panel that appears on the right side of the screen.

Users assigned with the Lasernet Cloud Print user role are granted the following permissions:
Access to the Azure User mapping form.
Availability of the Refresh button on the Print destination settings panel.
Availability of the following buttons for LACPrinters: Download Lasernet Cloud Printers, Download Cloud Print Connector-configuration, Download Lasernet Cloud Print Connector.
