    Reset a User’s Password

    The Edit a User part of the Configure Users, Groups, and Security Roles page contains a section that describes the reset password feature.

    Follow the Edit a User process, including the reset password step.

    Block a User from Accessing Lasernet

    The steps for this process depend on which tool you are using.

    Manage

    1. Navigate to the All Users page.

    2. Click the tile for the user that you want to block.

    3. In the user’s properties pane, clear the Active checkbox.

    4. Click Confirm.

    Lasernet Config Web App

    Note

    The Lasernet Config web app was provided with earlier versions of Lasernet. It is a legacy web app and will be deprecated in a future version of Lasernet Core.

    On the Users and Groups page, edit the user and select the Disabled checkbox.
