    1. To access your page, find the Uptime Robot details in your Customer Environment Information Pack, which was provided when your environment was first deployed. There, you will find the URL and password.

    1. The Service status page will open. Here, you can view and check the status of your services.

    On this page, you can ensure that your systems are operational and check their Uptime through a calendar and a percentage view. The Overall Uptime shows the percentage of uptime in the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days. You can also check any Status updates available for the last 30 days.

    1. Select the individual services to dive deeper into service analytics.

    By opening the individual services, the Response Time and Recent events log are made available. Here, you can view the average, maximum and minimum response time by Formpipe and any events that may have caused periods of downtime.


    Changing your password will log you out immediately. Use the new password to log back in.
