Backup Export

Before upgrading, we recommend backing up your configuration by using the backup tools provided by Formpipe. To do this, see the following page:

It is best practice to export a backup before and reimport afterwards, the steps to do that are described in the videos on the following page:

For more information on Import Lasernet Backup, visit: Import Lasernet Backup

When using the Import functionality, all the reports get updated to the new version you have just installed (Stylesheet is refreshed, etc).

This may take longer than manually clicking the "Update stylesheet button", but it will ensure precision.

Note

Making an export before an upgrade followed by an import is good practice.
