    If you do not see any profiles for your selected printer, you need to check the name of EMF to RAW engine of your Lasernet configuration in Lasernet Developer, and ensure it is the same as the printer driver name.

    If the printer does not react on the profile, check the profile in your Lasernet configuration, and adjust the settings.

    If it still does not work, check your form and its modifiers. To this end, open the modifier properties of Print Sheets. Two records of the addPrinterProfile modifiers must be available under After Analysis. These two modifiers must be on all your reports where you want to use the cloud print with printer profiles.


    Changing your password will log you out immediately. Use the new password to log back in.
