Converts SAP RDI output to XML.

Settings

Number Prefix Character	If the SAP RDI tag begins with digits, the modifier replaces it with this character because XML tags cannot begin with digits.
Default Character	If the SAP RDI tag contains characters that are not valid in an XML tag, these characters are replaced with this default character.
Auto index unnamed fields	If this field is activated, Lasernet will automatically include an auto index in the XML tags for unnamed fields in the SAP RDI file.
