To access the Parameters page, navigate to Lasernet > Setup > Cloud print connector setup > Parameters.

Use the Parameters page to control the inbound and outbound types of connection for Lasernet Cloud printing.
To set up a batch job, click Create download printer-information batch job on the General tab. This will update all Lasernet Cloud printers.
Note
All the settings you define on the current page are global. Changing the parameters affects all companies.

In the General tab, users can define whether printers should be deleted or not from the Azure storage when non-Lasernet administrators (users who are granted neither System administrator nor Lasernet administrator role) try to download printers. Therefore, it is possible to re-download all printers in the same environment or within another environment of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. To do so, toggle the Keep newest printer-information in Azure button to Yes.

In the Print job status tab, users can manage the settings of the Print job status for Lasernet Cloud printing.

In the Advanced tab, users can define and manage names for the settings.

Lasernet Cloud Print Job Status Setup
Cloud Print Connector includes an option to get the Print job status back when printing a document.
It is extremely useful for ensuring that all documents are successfully printed, as well as when testing printing a document remotely.
Azure Storage queue is used for the communication between Cloud Print Connector and Lasernet Connector for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. In turn, Lasernet FO Connector uses a batch task for retrieving messages from the Azure Storage queue.
Information about a print job is located in the Lasernet archive and, from there, it is possible to retrieve the Print job status. The Print job status is applicable when dealing with functionalities such as Original printing and Resend with force-rerun, as well as when resending a PDF file from the Lasernet archive (resending without Force rerun).

Prerequisites
To enable the Print job status, ensure Cloud Print Connector is downloaded to Lasernet FO Connector. Retrieving the Print job status while reprinting PDF file(s) from the Lasernet archive (resend without force-rerun) requires the following adjustments for the Lasernet configuration:

Download Cloud Print Connector
Cloud Print Connector can be downloaded on the Printers page (Lasernet > Setup > Lists > Printers).

Enabling Print Job Status
The Print job status can be enabled on the Parameters page (Lasernet > Cloud print connector setup > Parameters).
It is possible to prepare and download the configuration file for Cloud Print Connector by either using the Open Lasernet Cloud Print Connector-configuration or Download Lasernet Cloud Print Connector-configuration menu item. The latter approach can ensure that the existing Id (GuidID) is used. You can access both menu items on the User setup page (Lasernet > Setup > Cloud print connector setup > User setup).
By default, the print job status is disabled. It is possible to enable it by selecting Enable in the Normal print job status monitoring drop-down combo box.

Note
Remember to prepare and download a new configuration file for Cloud Print Connector after adjusting any of the settings (Lasernet > Setup > Cloud print connector setup > User setup).
