New Features, Fixes, and Enhancements – Lasernet BC Connector 4.3.0.0

Lasernet BC Connector version 4.3.0.0 is aimed to be a quality update, provided through the following new features, fixes, and enhancements.

#374144 – Customer Statement - Save as PDF into Zip

In the last BC Connector version, we introduced the .ZIP file format when printing multiple reports via Save To PDF. Customer Statement can now add multiple PDFs into a single .ZIP file.

#274083 – New reports

We have added nine new reports to our report list. Most of them are in the service module:

• Service Order

• Service Invoice

• Service Credit Memo

• Service Document Test

• Service Quote

• Service Shipment

• Service Contract

• Service Contract Quote

• Job Quote

#377973 – Contact email lookup in Edit Email Properties

This feature only works from Lasernet BC Connector 19.3.

Within Edit Email Properties, you now have the option to look for an email address. Select the ... (three dots) button to view the email addresses from your Lasernet Destinations.

#388771 – Added VATClauses node with additional information about VAT

We have added a new node in the XML file, which includes the VAT Clause and all reports.

#381220 – Report selection - Service and Job menu

We have added a shortcut to Report Selections Service.

#382870 – Possibility to skip Custom Field in XML if value is empty

We have added a new function called Skip If Empty to a field record within Document Layouts.

If this function is enabled and the field is empty, the system will not create an XML node in the XML file. Previously, the XML node was always added, whether the value existed or not.
