      Upgrading to 4.2.0.0 does not activate Predefined Destinations from Distribution.

      During the upgrade, all converted distribution settings for email are migrated to Predefined Destinations.

      They are supposed to be Active if Customer/Vendor User Distribution Setting is set to Yes status. This did not happen, causing Predefined Destinations to not be triggered as expected.
