#664	Communicate via file/folders between the connector and Lasernet Server. Only Business Central On-premise supports this.
#712	More options when exporting / Importing.
#714	The value of COPYSTR parameter 2 is outside of the permitted range.
#718	Only Open Entries options are added to the Customer Statement request page.
#721	Timeout option is added to the Lasernet Setup page.
#726	Use Connection String instead of URL and user/password on Azure Service Bus settings.
#728	We have added Tooltips to the Timeout fields in Lasernet Setup.
#731	Renaming or deleting Document Layout will cause export/import to fail.
#732	OutputFilePath, OutputFilename and RequiredInterface JobInfos are added to the XML in order to support a file exchange.
#736	Added extra fields to Sales Order report - Field 24 (DueDate), 60 (Amount Including VAT) and 61 (Amount).
#738	Sales Blanket Order - There is no Sales Header within the filter.
