This article provides a solution for a slow Lasernet Archive button when you try to select the Lasernet dropdown menu from a journal in AX 2012.
The reason for this is that the database has a Compatibility level that is set to SQL 2014. This then makes our index on the LACArchiveRef table incorrect.
Resolution
Check if the index ArchiveRefRecId is created on the table LACArchiveRef.
If not, import the attached XPO (ZIP file) or change the database Compatibility level to 2012.
