Installation

We recommend following the Microsoft installation guide.

Business Central Online

1. Sign in to Business Central.

2. On the quick access toolbar available in the top right-hand corner of the application, click the magnifying glass icon. In the Tell me what you want to do window that appears, start typing 'Extension'.

3. As you start typing in your query, the system will provide some suggestions. Click Extension Marketplace to open the Extension Marketplace page.

4. Use the search function within Extension Marketplace to search for Lasernet.

5. Click Free trial and follow the instructions on the screen to install Lasernet.

Business Central OnPrem

We recommend consulting this link to learn Microsoft's best practices on installing and publishing an extension.

1. Sign in to the server where Business Central is installed.

2. Unzip our application and save it in this folder:

C:\ProgramData\BcContainerHelper\Extensions\navserver\my

or:

C:\ProgramData\BcContainerHelper\Extensions\bcserver\my

3. Start the Dynamics NAV Administration Shell.

4. Publish Lasernet Connector by using the following prompt:

Publish-NAVApp -ServerInstance bc -Path "C:\ProgramData\BcContainerHelper\Extensions\bcserver\my\Lasernet.app" -skipverification

5. Install Lasernet Connector by using the following prompt:
