This article provides a solution for getting to the current running Lasernet configuration on the server. Usually, this configuration is obtained via the Lasernet Developer application connected to the Lasernet Config server. However, in rare cases, the configuration may be inaccessible. If so, follow these steps:

    1. Open File Explorer and navigate to the following folder: C:\ProgramData\Formpipe Software\Lasernet 9\Service\First\CurrentConfiguration

    Note

First is the name of the instance in the example above; replace it with your instance name. Also, the Program Data folder may not appear in the window because it is hidden; in this situation, type the path into the file path bar.

    1. Zip the highlighted files into a file that has the .lnconfigx file extension.

    2. Import the file into any Lasernet Developer 9.
