The first FastTab available for each report on the Reports list page is General.
The General FastTab includes the same information available to the user on the left-hand side of the page, above the reports list, plus an extra button:
Origin: SSRS report, Query, and Class.
Report name.
Report design name.
Report Active status.
Design version Expression button.
