Hosted Customers

Prerequisites

Formpipe-hosted customers have much of the work already completed for them by the Formpipe Cloud team as Formpipe will maintain the Lasernet Server and Azure connections.

If you are a Formpipe Hosted customer, ensure that the Prerequisites for everyone section has been followed and the following steps have been carried out before starting the installation.

Customer Information Document

If you are a hosted customer, ensure you have access to the customer information document that has been supplied from the Cloud team - this will contain your connection strings, etc. It is supplied via email.

Finance and Operations Environment

Access will be required to Finance and Operations. To install and configure the Lasernet Connector, we recommend that the FO environment also contains some test data which can either be the Contoso dataset or some organisation specific data.

Lifecycle Services Access

Installation Permission

As part of the setup process, install Lasernet locally. Therefore, it is important that whoever is carrying out the installation process has admin rights on their machine or on whichever machine they intend to install Lasernet on.
