Hosted Customers

Prerequisites

Formpipe-hosted customers have much of the work already completed for them by the Formpipe Cloud team, as Formpipe will maintain the Lasernet Server and Azure connections.

If you are a Formpipe-hosted customer, ensure that the Prerequisites for everyone section has been followed and the following steps have been carried out before starting the installation.

Customer Information Document

If you are a hosted customer, ensure you have access to the customer information document supplied by the Cloud team. This document will contain your connection strings and other relevant details. It is supplied via email.

Finance and Operations Environment

Access to Finance and Operations will be required. To install and configure the Lasernet Connector, we recommend that the FO environment also contain some test data, which can either be the Contoso dataset or organization-specific data.

Lifecycle Services Access

Installation Permission

As part of the setup process, install Lasernet locally. Therefore, it is essential that the person carrying out the installation process has Administrator rights on their machine or on the machine on which they intend to install Lasernet.
