To access the File formats functionality, navigate to Lasernet > Setup > Lists > File formats.

You can use the File formats functionality for the Predefined Destinations rule and create a tag in the XML file sent to Lasernet. Lasernet can then use the tag as a trigger to determine what format the customer wants.
Lasernet must receive the file in the same format as the file you want to create.

On the File formats page, you can add a new file format by clicking the New button available on the top menu of the page, and then typing a file format (PDF, EDI, etc.) in the record line that appears. Once you are done, click the Save button.
It is useful to show, for example, documents of the XLSX format, or any other possible document type in a new browser tab. To this end, select the Yes value in the Preview in new browser tab column for the format you may want to show in a new browser tab within the existing browser session. You can also use the Parameters area to specify previewing a file of the required format in a new browser tab.
By having two monitors and the Debug mode activated, it is possible to show both the XML file and the PDF document at the same time. You can activate the Debug mode on the Security tab of the Reports page (Lasernet > Common > Reports) by setting the Debug mode toggle button to Yes.

As a result, on the left-hand screen, you have the XML file, while on the right-hand screen can view the PDF document.
