When a user attempts to print a report from the Customer Engagement application, the following error message may occur:

Solution/Workaround
Follow these steps to solve this issue:
Open Finance and Operations and navigate to Lasernet >Dynamics 365CE > Entity reports.

Click Default ranges under Report ranges.

Validate that the PrimaryItemIds is being used in the Range column. If not, you can add it.

The error message will no longer occur.
