    Article summary

    Data Formats enable users to create their own format type for Decimal (Number formats), Data, Integer, DateTime, and Time. This can be controlled per language and report.

    The first time this form is opened, it will be empty. However, clicking the Suggest button will populate it with 14 records. These are only suggestions, not requirements. Therefore, feel free to create your own.

    If you need any help, the Help button will take you to Microsoft's help page.

    Testing

    If you are in doubt about your format, you can test it. Click the Test button and a new dialog will open.

    Your Region controls the Checked Value (Decimal) input format in My Settings, so the input format you want to test with will change according to your Region.

    If your input format is wrong, you will see this:


    Changing your password will log you out immediately. Use the new password to log back in.
    First name must have atleast 2 characters. Numbers and special characters are not allowed.
    Last name must have atleast 1 characters. Numbers and special characters are not allowed.
