    Article summary

After downloading the Lasernet Cloud printers in Dynamics 365, no printers may be available. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

    1. Open the Windows Services window on your computer and check that the Lasernet Cloud Print Connector - <user/system name> service is running. If not, restart the service and try downloading the printers again.

    2. Right-click the CPC client icon in the system tray on your print server, and verify that the GUID matches the Cloud Printer settings in Lasernet FO Connector. If it does not, download the configuration file from the Connector and reimport it into the CPC on your print server. Then, restart the CPC server service.

    1. On the Download Lasernet Cloud Printers page in Dynamics 365, ensure that the All/User parameter is set to All and the Keep Last Printer Info in Azure toggle is set to Yes.

    1. Ensure you have the CPC client on your print server and run it with a System Account (not a Local User), as the Local User might not have permission to download and share the Cloud Printers.

    2. Uninstall the CPC on the print server, then reinstall the CPC and its configuration.
