Access Rights Required for AX 2012 Lasernet Connector
This article provides information about folder rights and user rights (four folders that are shared between AX and Lasernet Server).
Folders: AX and the Lasernet Server
The following is an overview of the rights to the different folders that we use both from AX and the Lasernet server:

LAC User Roles

User role | Description |
---|---|
Lasernet administrator | This role provides full access to the Lasernet Connector, including the option to configure reports for Lasernet and add additional data to the Lasernet reports. It is possible to select Standard and the Lasernet destinations within the printer dialog. The role also includes providing access to the Lasernet Archive. |
Lasernet advanced user | This role allows the user to select Lasernet and standard destinations within the printer dialog but does not provide any further access to the Lasernet Connector. The user will also have access to the Lasernet Archive. If the reports are not configured for Lasernet, the user will only have access to the standard destinations (SSRS). |
Lasernet user | This role only provides access to the Lasernet destinations within the printer dialog and the Lasernet Archive if the reports are configured for Lasernet. |
